(reality) shifting is when you transfer your conscious to another reality, as there are infinite realities !! for example, if you had to choose between an apple or an orange, and chose the apple, there would be a reality where you chose the orange. there's also a universe where you chose both, or none! point is, there will always be an alternate reality where you live in hogwarts, or anywhere! if you've always wanted to be in the harry potter universe, that's your DR (desired reality)! shifting is as easy as breathing when you get used to it, it doesn't always work the first time because you have to believe in yourself and in your subconscious, thats where affirmations and intent come in! we don't always shift easily, it may be easy one night and then hard for days after, but that's because our brains are naturally wired to believe "this isn't possible, this is so silly.", so some people set their intent for 30 minutes or so to "rewire" your brain into believing in yourself! confidence is key when it comes to shifting. while trying to shift, you can also visualize where you're gonna wake up! it helps to tap into your 5 senses while shifting. it is also recommended to set the intent BEFORE you intend on shifting, like 5 days before! that way, your brain will be so convinced that you will shift by that time period and you may also shift BEFORE it if you're determined enough ! okok enough yapping, lets go to the terms you might hear from shifters ^^

there are alot more methods, but i suggest you do your own reserach :33 please do note that not all of these will result in an immediate shift! it takes time. but every try counts and brings you closer to shifting! ^^
these tips are all personal tips / tips i got online or from other people!! :)) it is highly recommended to hydrate well before trying to shift, it helps! subliminals also help, but also remember to take breaks! your mind needs to rest too. ^^ you can also get yourself really sleepy before trying to shift so it's a bit easier. that's all for now !! i'll try to update this when i can!!
YO YO YOOOO i'm gonna try again tonight >:)) ive been doing the thingy where i set my intent in advance!! wish me luck o7 (3:11 PM). okok!! i think teh blanket method doesnt work on me sadly TT i got the white light symptoms but it didn't work too well, may also have been because of me but i was really close!!!! (next day, 2:35 PM)
